Now, some folks like to play it by ear, trusting their instincts rather than a map. But I’ll be honest, every time I've tried that, I've ended up more lost than a penguin in a desert, eventually crawling back to my trusty phone for help.
This isn't much different from running a business. To hit the heights of success, you need a solid plan, a business roadmap. There's a well-trodden path laid out by those who've journeyed before you. Flying by the seat of your pants in business? Well, that's a recipe for a challenging ride.
Flashback to 2013: That was us, winging it in our business. We were like headless chickens – super busy but bleeding money. No systems, no clue about our numbers, and stress levels through the roof. Things were so chaotic that our staff waved goodbye and opened their own salon just a stone's throw away!
That was our wake-up call. We stopped trying to be business pioneers and looked for a guide. Someone who had been down this winding and rocky road of entrepreneurship before us. Enter our rescuer: a coaching company that handed us the roadmap we desperately needed in 2013. They showed us how to grab the reins of our business.
